SYNC Hub ("we", "our", or "us") provides Telegram automation services through our bot and Mini App. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
1. Information We Collect
- Telegram Identity: Your Telegram user ID, name, and username — provided automatically when you interact with our bot.
- Channel Data: Message content from channels you authorize for forwarding rules.
- Payment Data: Transaction references for Stars and Pix/card payments (processed by Telegram and Mercado Pago respectively — we do not store card or banking details).
- Usage Data: Automation rules, scheduled posts, and CRM contacts you create within the platform.
2. How We Use Your Data
- To provide and operate the SYNC Hub automation services.
- To process payments and manage your subscription tier.
- To send AI-generated Pulse reports and notifications you explicitly enable.
- To improve the platform and fix issues.
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except:
- Telegram: As required to operate bot and Mini App functionality.
- Mercado Pago: For Pix/card payment processing (LATAM).
- Google Gemini / AI providers: Message content for AI rewriting features (only when you enable AI mode).
4. Data Retention
Your data is retained while your account is active. Forwarding logs are kept for 90 days. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.
5. Security
Bot tokens and API credentials are stored encrypted. We use HMAC-SHA256 validation for all Telegram Mini App sessions. Your Telegram session string is encrypted at rest.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Contact us at the address below.
7. Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy. We will notify users through the bot for significant changes.
