Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SYNC Hub ("Service"), operated by SYNC Hub ("we", "our", or "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

SYNC Hub is a Telegram automation platform accessible via our bot (@SyncOficial_bot) and Mini App. The Service provides channel forwarding, scheduled posting, AI-powered content tools, CRM, and related automation features.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old and have a valid Telegram account to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Send spam, unsolicited messages, or violate Telegram's Terms of Service.
Distribute illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
Circumvent rate limits, access controls, or attempt to reverse-engineer the platform.
Impersonate other individuals or entities.
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Plans: We offer FREE, START, PRO, and AGENCY subscription tiers. Pricing is displayed in the Mini App and may change with 30 days' notice.
Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Telegram Stars (XTR) or Mercado Pago (Pix/card). Payments are processed by Telegram and Mercado Pago respectively.
Refunds: Payments made via Telegram Stars are subject to Telegram's refund policy. Pix/card payments may be refunded within 7 days of purchase if the Service has not been substantially used, at our sole discretion.
Auto-renewal: Star Subscriptions renew automatically through Telegram. You may cancel at any time via Telegram's subscription management.

5. Free Tier

The FREE tier includes limited features and applies a SYNC Hub watermark to forwarded content. Upgrading to a paid plan removes the watermark and unlocks additional capabilities.

6. Intellectual Property

The SYNC Hub platform, brand, and all associated software are owned by us. You retain ownership of all content you create, forward, or store through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service.

7. AI Features

SYNC Hub uses AI providers (including Google Gemini) for content rewriting and agent features. AI-generated content may be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before publishing. We do not guarantee the accuracy or quality of AI outputs.

8. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, updates, or events beyond our control may cause temporary unavailability. We will communicate significant downtime through our bot when possible.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SYNC Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days and then deleted, unless legally required to keep it longer.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. We will notify users of significant changes through the bot. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Brazil, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
