These Terms govern your use of SYNC Hub, including the public website, Telegram bot, Mini App, CRM, automation tools, and related services. By using SYNC Hub, you agree to these Terms.
Service
SYNC Hub helps Telegram-first teams manage automations, CRM workflows, content operations, payments, AI assistance, and channel distribution from a shared operating surface.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old and have authority to use SYNC Hub on behalf of yourself, your channel, or your organization.
Acceptable use
- Do not use SYNC Hub for spam, unsolicited messaging, fraud, malware, illegal activity, or content that violates Telegram rules or applicable law.
- Do not bypass rate limits, abuse automations, scrape the service, reverse engineer protected systems, or interfere with other users.
- You are responsible for the content, contacts, channels, prompts, and automations you configure.
Accounts, plans, and payments
SYNC Hub may offer Free, Start, Pro, or other plans. Feature limits, prices, trial availability, and payment methods may change over time. Paid plans may be processed by Telegram, Mercado Pago, Stripe, PayPal, crypto payment providers, or other processors shown at checkout.
Unless a checkout page or applicable law says otherwise, fees are non-refundable after substantial use of the service. You can stop using the free tier at any time.
AI features
AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a specific use. You must review AI-generated content, legal claims, financial claims, medical claims, and public messages before publishing or relying on them.
Advertising, links, and third parties
The public website may include ads or sponsored placements in the future. Third-party links, Telegram channels, payment processors, analytics tools, and advertising partners are governed by their own terms and policies.
Intellectual property
SYNC Hub owns its software, brand, design, documentation, and product experience. You keep ownership of your content and grant us the limited rights needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.
Availability and changes
We work to keep SYNC Hub available, but the service may be interrupted by maintenance, provider issues, abuse prevention, or events outside our control. We may add, remove, or change features as the product evolves.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if we believe an account violates these Terms, creates risk, harms users, or threatens service integrity. You may stop using SYNC Hub at any time.
Disclaimers and liability
SYNC Hub is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid SYNC Hub in the three months before the claim.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, unless mandatory local consumer or data protection laws require otherwise.
